Stock that keeps up with the bench
What's left, where it is, what's on the way.
The quantity on an item is not a field anyone types into. Receive what arrived, consume what you used, transfer it to another shelf, or adjust after a physical count, and the total follows, with a reason and a name attached to every change. Consuming more than you have is refused rather than allowed to go negative.
Set a reorder point and the item tells you it is running out instead of waiting to be noticed. Request more opens an order prefilled with that item, and a badge shows how many orders for it are already in flight, so two people restocking the same week do not order it twice.
Stock from transactions
Receive, consume, transfer, and adjust. Every movement is recorded with who did it and why.
Reorder points
Set the level you never want to drop below and the item flags itself as low before it runs out.
Lot and expiry tracking
Record each batch with its lot number and expiry, so you use the oldest first and can trace a result to it.
Storage conditions
Set the temperature an item needs and Conspecta warns you when its location does not match.
Safety and regulatory
Hazard classes, CAS numbers, controlled substance class, and links to the SDS, CoA, and datasheet.
Antibody details
Fluorochrome, clone, host species, and reactivity on the reagent itself, ready for the next panel.
Import your list
Bring a CSV or TSV across, including the exports other lab tools produce. Only a name is required.
Barcode lookup
Scan a vendor code or your own label and land on the item, on the bench or from a phone.
Straight into an order
Request more from the item and it arrives in Orders prefilled, tracked from request to receipt.
