From intake to deliverable
One project per study. Every image, FCS file, protocol version, and chart stays with the study's samples, visible only to the analysts staffed on it.
Isolation
Each study is its own project with its own membership. Analysts see the studies they're staffed on, and nothing else.
How most labs do it today. The drive itself enforces nothing. Separation is a convention, which means it holds exactly as well as the convention does.
Imaging
Cell detection, area, intensity, and colocalization in the browser, z-stacks included, saved against the study's samples so any analyst can rerun it.
How most labs do it today. The analysis lives on the machine rather than with the study, so a re-run for a client question means tracking down the workstation it was set up on.
Flow
Gating and compensation in any browser, with the strategy saved as a template so a study is gated the same way by whoever picks it up.
How most labs do it today. Per-seat licences don't scale with headcount that flexes per contract, and the gating strategy sits in a workspace file rather than with the study.
Protocols
Protocols are reusable and versioned, so a method is adapted per study without losing what the original said.
How most labs do it today. Copies drift, and a document carries no record of which version a given study actually ran.
Deliverable
Charts and figures are built from the analysis, and results export as CSV, Excel, FCS 3.1, PNG, or SVG in whatever shape the client asked for.
How most labs do it today. The report is a hand-assembled artifact. Every revision request means walking the whole chain again.
