Pick a chart built from your own data, drop in an image, and arrange the panels. Each panel stays attached to the analysis it came from, so when replicates, a repeat run, or a whole new condition land, the panel says its source has moved on and one click pulls the new numbers through. The plot, its error bars, and its statistics redraw where they sit.
Export at journal resolution when you are ready. Because each panel keeps the link to the image, flow run, or data table behind it, a reviewer's question is answered by clicking through to the source.
Twelve chart types, drawn from your data
Bar, grouped, proportion, box, histogram, scatter, violin, dot plot, line, heatmap, paired, and waterfall. Point a panel at a data table, an image analysis run, or a gated flow population and pick the mark that fits what you measured.
Error bars and significance, computed in the figure
Whiskers come from the replicate rows behind each point, as SD, SEM, or a 95% confidence interval. Build the comparisons you care about and the figure runs the test, corrects for multiple comparisons, and draws the brackets. Welch, Mann-Whitney, paired t, Wilcoxon, ANOVA, and Kruskal-Wallis are all there.
Start from a layout and reshape it around your panels
Two dozen presets from one panel to nine, on a canvas of free-form rectangles that keeps every one of them adjustable. Drag the gap between two panels to change how the space is split, cut a panel into columns, or run the pointer to the edge and add a full-width band that every neighbor makes room for. A figure that outgrows its preset is reshaped in place.
Arrows, labels, and scale bars stay editable
Mark up a panel with arrows, shapes, text, and a calibrated scale bar. The marks sit over the image rather than being burned into it, so an SVG export opens in Illustrator with each one selectable and every label still live text.
